Phyllidiella pustulosa a Nudibranch that is common at the Kermadec Islands but so far not recorded from mainland New Zealand mate on the western side of North Meyer Island during the Kermadec Islands Biodiscovery Expedition, a project led by the Auckland Museum in conjunction with the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, Australian Museum, and the Department of Conservation.
