Dr Tom Trnski, Research Manager and Curator Marine Biology at the Auckland Museum and leader of the Kermadec Islands Biodiscovery catches specimens from a rotenone station on the north western side of Macauley Island during the Kermadec Islands Biodiscovery Expedition, a project led by the Auckland Museum in conjunction with the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, Australian Museum, and the Department of Conservation.
